vaktum arhasy aśeṣeṇa divyā hy ātma-vibhūtayaḥ
yābhir vibhūtibhir lokān imāṃs tvaṃ vyāpya tiṣṭhasi

syntax


divyāḥ hy (divine indeed) ātma-vibhūtayaḥ (your own powers),
aśeṣeṇa (completely) tvam (you) vaktum arhasi (you deign to speak)
yābhiḥ vibhūtibhiḥ (by which powers) imān lokān (these worlds) vyāpya (after pervading) tiṣṭhasi (you stand).
