tasmād om ity udāhṛtya yajña-dāna-tapaḥ-kriyāḥ
pravartante vidhānoktāḥ satataṃ brahma-vādinām

syntax


tasmāt (therefore) om iti (OM) udāhṛtya (after declaring),
brahma-vādinām (of those discussing Brahman) vidhānoktāḥ (said in the precepts) yajña-dāna-tapaḥ-kriyāḥ (acts of sacrifice, charity and austerity) satatam (always) pravartante (they begin).
